Forgot your PIN?

In the app, tap Log in, then Forgot PIN. You can get a reset code by Telegram or email if you added one; otherwise ask an admin, who will check it's really you before giving you a temporary PIN. Admins never ask for your PIN.

Something else?

Email support@talaqqilillah.org. To report a person or a class, use Report in the app, so it reaches the safety team straight away.

Worried about a child?

If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency services first.

Parents, guardians and anyone outside the app can tell the academy about a concern involving a child, or about one of our tutors, by emailing safeguarding@talaqqilillah.org. It goes to the academy's safeguarding lead, who treats it as urgent. Please say what happened, when, and who was involved, if you know.

Your data

Download or delete your data in the app: Settings → Privacy. Read the Privacy Policy.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. Your account is deleted 14 days after you confirm; logging in before then cancels it. Your personal data and recordings are erased, and past classes stay only as “Deleted user”.

No longer have the app? Email support@talaqqilillah.org from the address on your account, or with the phone number you signed up with. We check it's really you before deleting anything.
