Everyone

Treat every student, tutor and admin with respect, kindness and good manners (adab).
No harassment, bullying, insults, hateful or sexual content, and no pressure of any kind.
Keep all contact within your bookings. Don't ask for or share personal contact details for anything other than a booked class.
Be on time. Cancel early if you can't attend, and give a reason when it's late.
Report concerns in the app. Never make false reports.
Respect privacy: don't record, screenshot or share anyone's classes, voice or details without their consent.

Teach only through bookings made in the app; no private arrangements outside it.
Dress and present yourself appropriately on video, in a quiet and appropriate environment.
Never record a class without everyone's consent. With an under-18, never without their guardian's consent.
Follow the academy's safeguarding rules for under-18s: identity verification, same-gender classes, and no private contact.
Give honest, kind feedback on test answers.

Meet only at the address given for the booking, at the booked time. Under-18s attend as their guardian decides.

Breaking this Code may lead to a warning, suspension or removal (Terms of Use, section 3).
